Start Mission
When a mission has been uploaded and the vehicle is grounded, the prompt will have one option: "Start Mission".
- Click Start Mission and confirm takeoff and mission start by using the slider at the top of the screen.
- Important: You can start a mission when the vehicle is landed; the start mission confirmation slider is often displayed by default.
Continue Mission
If a mission is paused, or a landing has occurred during a mission, the mission can be continued by clicking Continue Mission and using the slider at the top of the screen.
- Important: You can continue the mission from the next waypoint when you're flying; the Continue Mission confirmation slider is often displayed by default after you takeoff.
- Continue vs. Resume:
- Continue is used to restart a mission that has been paused or where you have already taken off and missed a takeoff command.
- Resume is used when you have used an RTL (Return to Launch) or landed midway through a mission (e.g., for a battery change) and wish to continue from the next mission item. It takes you back to where you were in the mission rather than continuing from your current location.
Select Action Menu Options
- Start Mission: Takeoff from ground and start the current mission.
- Continue Mission: Continue the mission from the current waypoint.
- Change Altitude: Change the altitude of the vehicle up or down.
Change Max Ground Speed: Change the maximum horizontal cruise speed.
