Fly View
Displays positions of all connected vehicles and the current mission. Users can drag the map, which re-centers automatically. While flying, users can click the screen to "Go to location," "ROI at location," or "Set home here".
Fly Toolbar
Provides UI settings, sensor/vehicle status, message logs, GPS info, and battery percentage.
Fly Tools/Camera Tools
- Fly Tools (Vertical): Allows switching between Plan and Fly views, changing flight modes, takeoff/landing, RTL, and an actions tab.
- Camera Tools (Horizontal): Provides eight gimbal FPV control options.
- Field-of-View (FOV): Adjust screen FOV using "+" or "-" buttons.
Instrument Panel
A widget displaying vehicle telemetry. Users can edit rows/columns and configure 18 primary display options, including icon, name, and color.
EFI Telemetry & Tools
Monitors EFI telemetry, engine state, and fuel/battery levels.
- EFI Telemetry Overlay: Monitor real-time data like RPM, throttle %, voltage, and generator state.
- Generator State Toggle: Options include STOP (default/shutdown), IDLE (pull-start/cool down), and RUN (ready-state).
Fuel/Battery Monitoring: Configurable fuel % based on tank capacity (e.g., 4L in a 6.5L tank = 62%).

Harris Aerial Logo
Clicking the logo opens the "Select Tool" menu with Analyze Tools, Simulation Tools, and Application Settings.
Flight Readiness Indicator
Color-coded status for flight readiness:
- Green: Systems good ("Ready to Fly," "Flying").
- Amber: Warning ("Not Ready").
- Red: Serious problem.
Status Bar
Contains icons for system messages (caution symbol), GPS status (lock/count/HDOP/VDOP), and battery (charge/voltage/consumption).
Plan View Overview
Used to plan autonomous missions, configure GeoFence and Rally Points, and upload them to the vehicle. Numbered indicators for the mission can be dragged or selected for editing.
Plan Tools
Used for adding waypoints, managing missions (upload/download/save), and navigating the map:
- Fly: Return to Fly view.
- File: Upload/save mission templates.
- Waypoint/ROI: Activate modes for placing points.
- Pattern: Create Survey, Corridor, Eight Shape, or Structure scans.
- Return: Set "Return to Launch" (RTL) location.
- Center: Center map on Mission, Launch, Vehicle, etc.
Plan Toolbar & Overlays
- Plan Toolbar: Shows status for the current waypoint relative to the last, mission statistics, and an upload button.
- Terrain Altitude Overlay: Shows relative altitude for each mission command. Best practice is keeping the orange line well above the green line to avoid conflicts (red lines).
Configuring Settings
Select Tool Menu
- Vehicle Setup: Configure "Camera Setup" for control types (Click to point/drag) and FOV limits.
- Analyze Tools: Download flight logs, inspect MAVLink messages, and monitor vibrations.
- Simulation Tools: Plan and test missions in a virtual environment. Note: Simulator does not account for wind or GPS interference.
- Application Settings:
- General: Default views, units, and telemetry logs.
- Offline Maps: Pre-fetch map data for locations without internet.
