- Phone support available anytime, anywhere during working hours (9am–6pm) with a special phone line.
- 3 support hours per month for outside-of-working hours.

Tier 2
Cost: $2,000 – $2,500 annually
Coverage:
- Phone support if the customer is having issues in the field.
- Weekday email support with a reply within 24 hours or the next business day.
- Scheduled phone support via support email exchange.
Tier 3
Cost: Included with the purchase of the drone
Coverage:
- Weekday email support with a reply within 24 hours or the next business day.
- Scheduled phone support via support email exchange.
