Tier 1

Cost: $5,000 – $8,500 annually

Coverage:

• Loaner drone if your drone is under repair.
• Phone support available anytime, anywhere during working hours (9am–6pm) with a special phone line.
• 3 support hours per month for outside-of-working hours.
• Email support with a reply within 24 hours or the next business day.

Tier 2

Cost: $2,000 – $2,500 annually

Coverage:

• Phone support if the customer is having issues in the field.
• Weekday email support with a reply within 24 hours or the next business day.
• Scheduled phone support via support email exchange.

Tier 3

Cost: Included with the purchase of the drone

Coverage:

• Weekday email support with a reply within 24 hours or the next business day.
• Scheduled phone support via support email exchange.
